Love cattle country, it’s our local adventure park and we go at least twice a year. Our children love coming here. Would definitely recommend for a day out, it is on a pricey side but worth it

Took our four year old grandaughter here for the day unfortunately it rained all day but we still had a great time the grandaughter loved the climbing pens which were inside for the price, yes i think it was worth it and I bet it's much better in the summer although I expect it to be packed then. All in all a good day.

A great day out despite the howling wind and rain! The soft play and slide area kept my 9 and 11 year olds entertained for hours.

Great improvements made since last visit, including new Cow Shed softplay.
Could benefit from further outdoor seating areas and more to do for babies as very little from infants currently. Needs a dedicated sensory/softplay for very small babies otherwise babies spend all day in their pushchairs.

Used to bring my boys here now I bring my grandchildren great fun place. The weather was awful but that didn’t stop them as lots to do indoors plus the kids love the outside and went home happy a bit muddier and very tired perfect day thank you 😊

Update on this issue. After my partner was completely fobbed of. I also emailed in myself and was offered £17.50 refund back from a £79 day out £50 for adults to do nothing. Cattle country i think this is poor. The lack of communication and customer support you offer is ridiculous. There should be staff on site who are trained to deal with this there and then so it saves back and forth silly emails. The inconvenience that I had to email on top after you fobbed of my partner is ridiculous. Maybe the next customer who has a similar issue you will learn to sort it out promptly and take responsibility of your mistakes first time round.
Really disappointed with the lack of customer service and help from here.
Normally we love this place but after recent events and the lack of help I don't think we will be returning.
My partner had booked for us to come for my Birthday on the 15th of February.
We paid in total £79 adults being £12.50 each and children £15 each and for my 1 year old £12.50.
So £50 for the adults alone to attend for what should of been a fun day out.
On the website it stated that the barn/farm trail was closed until February. So for the family it is something for all to do. When we arrived the farm trail was closed and they had the barn open with the lamb, goats and pigs and a couple of rabbits and guinea pigs.
Not really exciting to stand in a barn and not be able to walk the trail.
Yes the softplay and the other indoor play area was open. But in the new soft play there is a lack of seating and when you could grab a seat the chairs are tiny and uncomfortable.
It was messy and over crowded due to the bad weather which I know no one can help.
We question it to a young lad on our way out about the trail and there was very little for the adults to enjoy considering we paid £12.50 each! He was confused why the website said open February and it was wrong.
So my partner has emailed with a poor excuse of a email back. No sorry or goodwill gesture.
We feel absolutely robbed. Paying all that money when I could of just taken them to a soft play for a fraction of the price!
Cattle country since has changed the website after we had emailed in. But I did take a screan shot of the original note they had put on there.
Such a shame because we normally love this place but again feel robbed and let down with the lack of customer service.

Lovely day out for my daughter’s 4th birthday , she really enjoyed every part of the park including feeding the little lambs😍.
Will definitely be coming back again!

Waited for granddaughter to go on the go karts for 25 minutes. Older children there were unsupervised and would not get off to let younger children have a go. I spoke to the supervisor who would not listen to myself or other parents/grandparents. No staff member in attendance at the go karts, not a save environment for children to be in, balls being thrown onto track from soft play area. All supervisor did was clutch his walkie talkie and tell me not to shout at him. For the record, I DID NOT SHOUT AT HIM! Shame the day had to end like that. It’s a lovely location, food was really very nice and the other play areas were clean, well planned and being enjoyed by so many adults and children.

The weather wasn't really on our side, but it didn't stop our granddaughter having fun on some of the outdoor activities. Plenty to do inside or undercover with a good range of obstacles courses,slide and ladders. We never got past the cattle run, and at 4 yrs old she went up against 7,8 and 9yr olds . She said it was just like gladiators on tv. Hence we never got to the animals, go carts etc. Food was reasonable priced & cooked fresh. And they kept the place spotless . Staff were lovely from the moment we entered at the gate, every different barn we visited was well staffed,by polite young people,and it was nice to see they weren't stood around on their phones. We found it was worth the hour & 15 mins journey & worth the price we paid to come. Would we return again? You bet we would! My granddaughter has not stopped talking about her adventure day to everybody & anybody who will listen. And hopefully on our return, she will get to see everything she missed on this visit.. Keep up the good work, you have an excellent place for children to run around and have fun.

Hosted my daughters party here over the weekend and everything went smoothly. the staff on the evening (Sunday 2nd) were fabulous - Ollie and another staff member - Sorry I forgotten her name!)
tables were set up on arrival and they offered to help set up and they helped clear up at the end of the party. they worked hard bless them! highly recommend hosting a party at cattle country..its all there and all you need to bring is food and any other extra bits! worth the money and the kids enjoyed it.
only thing I would say to improve in future I think would be allowing the hosts to go in at least 30minutes early to set up as it is quite a rush to get everything set up before guests arrive...(i understand having to clean up after closing) and maybe an option to pay for a food package would be great...but overall very happy and would book here again!

We took our nearly 3 year old who had a great time. We went when they had a offer on for January so tickets were cheaper than normal.
She loved the sand pit and the large indoor play areas with the big slides!
Facilities were clean. Graze cafe provided food quickly so no waiting for hungry children. Very tasty kids chicken nuggets and chips. All served in recyclable packaging.
